Does the Eufy E15 need boundary wires installed around the lawn?

No. This is one of the E15's standout features. It uses Pure Vision FSD technology a combination of high-precision cameras and AI algorithms to map your garden and navigate it without any physical boundary wire or RTK base station. This saves a significant amount of installation time compared to older robot mowers and removes the risk of wires being cut by other garden tools. The mower simply needs a Wi-Fi or 4G connection to operate.

What size lawn is the E15 suitable for?

The E15 covers lawns up to 800m². Before purchasing, it's worth measuring your lawn accurately. The mower also requires that ground undulation stays under 3cm and that any slopes are no steeper than 40% (18°). It is not suitable for St. Augustine grass or dense Zoysia grass, so check your grass type if you're unsure.

How does the mapping process work and how long does it take?

Once placed on the lawn, the E15 sets off autonomously to map the area using its cameras and AI. It measures distances precisely and builds an optimised mowing path.
